I specialise in the treatment of trauma (including PTSD and CPTSD), depression, anxiety, stress, fears (e.g. fear of flying, heights, public speaking etc), phobias (e.g. agoraphobia, social phobia, arachnophobia, emetophobia etc), addictions, confidence and self-esteem issues, weight control, eating disorders, grief and relationship issues.

I have over 20 year’s experience in the field of mental and emotional health. I am available for one to one sessions online and in person (depending on location, please contact me direct). My sessions are suitable for all ages, and I also work with couples and families. I have a sensitive, intuitive and compassionate approach to my work. I love to support and uplift my clients, bringing transformation, harmony and balance into their lives.
